What We Do
Pain is rarely just about the spot that hurts. A sore knee can come from weak hips, and a stiff neck often starts with how you sit at work. That's why every treatment at Tylurs com follows a clear, proven process built around you, starting with a thorough first appointment.
We examine how you move, your strength, posture and joint mechanics to pinpoint what's really driving your pain.
Joint mobilisation, soft-tissue release and massage techniques to calm pain and restore range of motion.
Progressive exercises matched to your stage of recovery, so you rebuild strength and confidence safely.
Practical advice on posture, training load and daily habits so the same problem doesn't keep coming back.
Why Choose Us

Everything you need to know before your first visit. Can't find your answer? Call us or send a message and a physiotherapist will get back to you.
Tylurs com (Tylurs.com) is the official website of Tylurs Physiotherapy, a clinic offering one-to-one, evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation. On Tylurs com you can explore our treatments, read practical advice from our physiotherapists on managing pain and injuries, and book an appointment online or by phone.
No. You can book directly with us without a referral. Some insurance providers ask for a referral from your doctor or specialist before they cover treatment, so it is worth checking your policy before your first visit.
Your first visit lasts around 45 to 60 minutes. We talk through your history and goals, assess your movement, strength and posture, explain our findings in plain language and usually start treatment the same day, including simple exercises to do at home.
It depends on the problem, how long you have had it and what you want to get back to. Many straightforward muscle and joint problems improve noticeably within four to six sessions, while post-surgical and neurological rehabilitation usually takes longer. You will get a realistic estimate after your assessment.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that lets us see and move the area being treated. Shorts work well for knee, hip and ankle problems, and a vest top is ideal for shoulder, neck and upper back problems.
Treatment should not be painful. Some hands-on techniques and exercises can cause mild, temporary soreness as your tissues adapt, similar to how you feel after a workout. We always explain what to expect and adjust treatment to your comfort.
Many private health insurance plans include physiotherapy. We provide itemised invoices you can submit to your insurer, and our team can tell you what information your provider usually needs.
Testimonials
After six months of back pain I'd tried everything. Within a few sessions I finally understood what was causing it and had exercises that actually worked. I'm back to gardening pain-free.
My ACL rehab was brilliantly structured. Every week had clear goals, and I returned to football feeling stronger than I did before the injury.
The team helped my father walk confidently again after his stroke. Patient, kind and incredibly professional from the very first appointment.

The Tylurs com Guide to Physiotherapy
Whether you are recovering from an operation, living with a nagging backache or trying to get back to sport, the right physiotherapy can change how you feel and move every day. Here is how Tylurs com approaches care, and what you can expect when you choose us.
Meet the teamPhysiotherapy is a healthcare profession that helps people restore movement and function when they are affected by injury, illness or disability. Physiotherapists use a combination ofhands-on treatment, targeted exercise, education and advice to reduce pain, rebuild strength and improve how your body works. TheWorld Health Organizationdescribes rehabilitation as an essential part of healthcare for people of all ages, not only after serious illness.
Almost anyone who wants to move with less pain. At Tylurs com we regularly help office workers withneck pain and lower back pain, runners and gym-goers with sports injuries, people preparing for or recovering from joint replacement and other surgery, and older adults who want to improve their balance and confidence. We also provide neurological physiotherapy after stroke and for long-term conditions such as Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis.
Every body and every injury is different, but many people notice less pain and easier movement within the first few sessions. Straightforward muscle and joint problems often improve significantly within four to six appointments, while rehabilitation after surgery or a neurological condition is usually a longer, staged process. Your physiotherapist will set realistic goals with you and review them as you progress.
